| OK I'm running linux Now how do I get folding to run on here?!?!? I've gone and downloaded the file from Stanfod but it comes as a .exe (yes I chose the linux version) but when I go to install it it won't let me. Rob

| chmod 777 on the exe and then you should be able to run it.

| chmod is a command for changing file properties. Short for change mode.

| You're almost certainly running either KDE or Gnome, in which case right-click the exe, select "properties", then "permissions" then check the "is executable" box.

| Type in the terminal chmod +x FAH502-Linux.exe then ./FAH502-Linux.exe you have to log in as root using su command, and then entering the password.
