Aw

Let me introduce to the Folding Society the Alfa Wolf (head of the pack). Is an AM2 6400 3.2Ghz, XFX 8800GTS, 4 Gb G.Skill 800 DDR2 ram, Thoughpower 700W TT psu, TT Mini Typhoon H&F, Asus M2N-E SLI, all in a Cooler Master CM690 case (it was on sale @ Compusa, $65.

31K+ first pass on Aquamark and cut my folding stepping time from 24 to18 min. Probably my last build, who knows.

Nice rig and good catch on the Comp USA going out of business sale.. Now if we could only talk you into an Intel rig.

Sure, an Intel machine goes a bit faster. But you save serious money with a few AMD boxen!

That case was a very nice surprise. Is better than I thought It will be. Got 2 Intel rigs (celeron 2.8 and a P4, both OC, of course) no quad core yet thou. Maybe a make one next Christmas. Haven't touch my rigs for a time. They are doing quite well but it is awfully boring.
