They are users that were on the team a really long time ago and either lost interest, or more likely, changed their username. Way back when, you didn't get very many points for a WU.

Im on 56k, so im still downloading the core thing. What happens if I put change my team number from 0 to 45?

EDIT: Its finished downloading the core update is the part where it says WU Completed: 0 and WU End: 52 days:01hours:55min:45sec accurate?
