This is exactly what we need my friend. This is how the big teams get to where they are. Every team has it's top of the line-up but if you look they all have the guys who are putting out 5-6 points a week. This is their foundation on which the team is built.

BTW: Please be sure it's ok with the IS person at work or your boss. No need to get in trouble over something like this.

For clarity I'm just equal king two other partners

I would expect the humanity issue to be the only reason the others will go for it. It was personal for me and, for a number of reasons, the potential long term benefits should mean they respond well. However its a matter of personal choice at the end of the day.
