soon to add another p4 running at least 2.1ghz..

quesition tho.. I dowloaded the console version.. is the client without the GUI really better? and can I just install over it or do I have to uninstall?
Welcome,

You don't have to install. If you already installed the gui version, just close the program (and take it out of the start menu). There is no install program for the console, per se. To run the console, just copy to a separate directory and run it. I've gone to a command line, go to the directory you created and just typed the name of the executable. This is the only way I've tried it, and it worked.

Also, without switches, it will go to your windows registry and find you have a config file (from the gui install) and just use it... ie name, team, and work folder. If you run it with the "-config" switch, it will prompt you for a name and team. If you use the "-local" switch, it will ignore the windows registry config, and go with whatever is local, including the work folder.... if one doesn't exist it will create a new work folder.

However, I recommend completing the wu in the gui, uninstalling it, and then using the text console from scratch.... less room for error, and will be easier to track down problems down the road.

There may be other switches as well, that I am not familiar with.
Hope this helps.

Welcome to the team! I'll be looking forward to see how many units that P4 of yours can do.

Feel free to ask any questions!

Once again, welcome to team 45!
