Mastercard came back from RMA yesterday afternoon. Before it arrived, I did a rough-fit to make sure it would all fit, including changing chipset fan:

How did you get the Iceberq to properly mount on the chipset?
I thought it was a GPU cooler....

A little bit of determination, and this wonderful thing called a Dremel. I "moved" one hole over about 3mm, and was all set.

Lots of work to be done yet. Got the mastercard block on yesterday, and am currently dealing with air bubbles. Need lexan for the window, and window trim, a few fans, and a light or two. Camera battery is charging...more pics when it does.

Added second card...wires managed a bit, awaiting lights and fans to arrive. Hacking the door today.
