I hope that I will be able to finish my case in the next couple of weeks. Weather and stupid hours at work has impeded my progress greatly.

I have a few things I am thinking about for the summer, and *still* the remnants of my failed HDD window mod. Apart from that I have nothing concrete to be getting on with.

My case is just so unmoddable.

The side panel is going to be a pain to cut through, so I'd rather not attempt a window mod, else I fear I'd melt the plastic. =(

I had a few mods planned this summer, but due to a lack of financial backing, it was deemed impossible to complete.

for plastic, put the dremel away. You want the weakest POS jigsaw you can find. The ghetto brand crappy one you get for $30. Use blades made for metal, and wrap the base plate in athletic tape to avoid scratches. An automotive air body saw is a much better choice, but they are pricey.

I've cut plastics with a dremel and the result is ugly if you don't have a very steady hand.
