Thermaltake Big Typhoon

THERMALTAKE BIG TYPHOON
Hi, does anyone know where (in the UK) I can get one of these as I've tried all the retailers listed for the uk that are shown on the thermaltake website and no-one has any (most haven't even heard of the big typhoon).

16db 6 heatpipe cooler. I am intrigued.

Let me know what you find out on this. It seems so new that it's not for sale yet.

Edit: Seems like it's expected out in the first week of April or so.

16db my a**e

They never cease to amaze me these companys jumping on the quiet bandwagon with the ultra low claims. Thermaltake, the company who's jet engine silent tower claims 21db and is closer to 40
The thing is their actual heatsinks aren't bad for the price, not amazing and benefit from a lapping but reasonable value.
I'm not convinced by the design of that cooler really, it would probably be ok but it looks to me like the heatpipes are too long and have the fins too far away from the base. Go for an XP90, a better quaity product and you would need to replace the fan for a quiet system anyway

I had a Volcano 12 that cooled like a dream and with fan speed controller installed ran more silent than any fan I've had yet, and at inaudible speeds still kept my proc running at around 45-47C full load @ around 1.7v.

I traded that HS/F for a stick of ram and a power supply, and will be getting another Volcano 12 here soon. Still interested to see how this hs/f turns out.

The heatpipes are long to allow clearance, and it's a better cooler temp-wise than the 90.
Supposedly it's "Dead" silent ( not MY words)...
Take a look at this if ya don't believe me:
