Just started folding

Hiya all
Just started folding,one machine at the mo but if I can get the other 3 or 4 up should have about 10Ghz of pro power.Smiffy

Will Folding at home benifit from a dual processor setup?.Running XP Pro?

ABSAMALOOTLY!!!
Make sure you use the text console version, make 2 directories, and run 2 instances... you will get the full benefit of the dually... the same production of having the 2 cpus running in separate mobos.

I used to run folding on my duallie. Two instances in two folders, with the CPU ID being 0 and 1 not both 0. I don't know if that is needed but I think it is. I don't Fold anymore but your duallie should pick up my slack

Haven't got a dually yet.2 machines folding at the mo with a 3rd starting this weekend.Then 2 r 3 more when I can afford cases and some kvm switches.Smiffy
