Why is this unit so fast?

I've got a unit #2929: SREM Gromacs core.

It completes 1 step in 8 minutes, and is a 330 point WU.
1) Why is it so fast?
2) Why is it worth so many points? 186 point units take longer to process.

Heh, yes, I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth now, do I?

It may very well be the best producer I have seen yet.

It seems everyone has scored some high point fast units. The top 10 are all over 1,000 points.

Keep folding, you will pass me like I'm standing still.

(185 on it's way...)

What bios are you running gedon, and what overclock have you got it to with what cooling ?
How did you loose units ? through instability / crashing, or the smp core erroring out and giving up ?

Bios 2103
I watercool my setup
3.1GHz 1.320V (load, cpu-z) ~60°C each core (load, coretemp) fah smp is stable
windows works fine @3.15, but fah...
look at eoc stats, I've sent more than 80 units back, but I've finished only 3 or 4 of them
we know that the p5w is not the best board for kentsfield.

I am running a mixture... SMP on my own machine, older client on my mother's dual core machine, graphical client (not gpu client) on my dads machine. I have guts of two machines which I plan to get up an running sometime, but no promises on time
