| Why would businesses go and spend money upgrading their OS, when there's no justification for it at this point in time? I suspect that a lot of IT departments would much rather wait and see how things pan out, and then present a business case as to why upgrading to Win 7 makes sense. How many managers are going to spend money on something that doesn't immediately bring benefits?
