Pfft if you think they're cool, you should see the awesome people that use Linux. Jon Maddog Hall, Ingo "Party boy" Molnar, Mark Shuttleworth (he's even been in space). Legends

How desperate!

Still at lest Windoze users are finally getting invited somewhere! Why not show them all your favorite porn sites while pimping your favorite OS!

Have plenty of food and booze on hand for your guests!

Personalize your party! Take pictures of everyone with their clothes off. Show how easy it is to upload pictures to a web site.

Ask them to try Internet banking on your machine! Tell them you will erase their passwords later...it's someone else turn to play!

Have your real friends visit their homes while they try the ALL NEW OS and see if they have anything you might like!

Let the men try on the women's clothes just to show that no matter how unnatural a thing may feel... you CAN get use to the MS approach!

Have a raffle! the winner gets to go home with a CD full of Trojans and viruse.. let everyone be a winner at lest once!

Be sure everyone has PLENTY to drink, if anything goes wrong, claim some must have spilled their drink on your keyboard! Ask everyone to pitch in to pay for the damage.

Be sure to have you party at someone else home while they are away!

Be sure to keep saying "you can't do "THAT" on a Linux box" This is important! You don't want your guests trying to do "THAT" on a Linux box... it defeats your whole purpose in giving out the Raffle prizes!!

But remember just do the things you want to do ( as much as is possible in Windoze)
This is "Suppose" to be FUN!

I had the fun of taking a Lenovo laptop apart the other day/week/month (I get to take interesting things apart occasionally - like laptops, vending machines, iphones). Anyhow, the design of the keyboard was interesting. It seems that they've set something up so that if you spill your drink into the keyboard, it carefully channels the liquid down and out two holes in the bottom of the computer. Yes, it's likely to damage the keyboard, but not the rest of the computer!

No...just your run of the mill Windoze crowd...":O}

( I'm kinda nervous about weather Chris is going to invite me...we don't always see eye to eye when it comes to an OS...sigh
