doesn't every version of 7 offer 64 and 32 bit? because i want to do this

Yes, that version has both x86 & x64 OS on it.

Are you still using 64 bit? I wanted to try it as i have both downloaded and keys for them both. Just to see if there is a performance or headache difference.
