Intel P965 Intel Core 2 Duo processors are very popular right now and offer excellent performance.  So, if you are in the market for a new motherboard, take a look at these reviews.

The Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 features solid capacitors all round and performs well, although you may find a better 975X board at this price.

This review offers a nice comparison of no less than five Asus motherboards, which are based on nForce 4, 975X and P965 platforms.

Bit-Tech took a look at the Abit AW9D-MAX when it was first launched in September last year.  Alternatively, they review the DFI Infinity 975X board which you may find at a lower price than the Abit.

Discuss these boards in the forum.
