Graphics, Audio and Technical

Gothic 3 is a graphically demanding game, and so a high-performance PC is recommened to get the most out of this title.  The 3D world has clearly been carefully crafted with considerable attention to detail. Combine this with excellent audio and you have a game which is realistic and immersive.

You can save and load your game position at any time. Loading times are quite long, however.

Conclusion

This game should appeal to RPG fans, although it combines FPS style, I would doubt that the action is fast paced enough to draw FPS fans in.  You average CS:S player has little interest in picking herbs and plants!

If you have invested money in to a nice gaming rig, this title will certainly give it some good excersise.

Gothic 3 has plenty of depth and scope to it, with non-linear game play. So, offering good value for money.
