Upgrade your AA mini maglite,

First of the original torch, in all its bits

The replacement bits, Back button, LED, and new reflector. (They’re all made by terralux)
The first thing to do is to take off the back and replace it with the new one, then remove the bulb and insert the LED. Replace the old reflector with then new and put back together.
