Hey guys, I'm starting to really like the PSU, its like THE quietest PSU I've heard since the days of AT PSU's! When nothing on the system is really running, the fans cut off and it goes totally 0dB.  Even when I'm playing Q4 or BF2 it doesn't make more noise than the 6 ultra quiet 80mm fans that I have in various places.
