ASUS P5K Deluxe
ASUS P5K Deluxe.
From Legion Hardware:

The new ASUS P5K Deluxe which utilizes the Intel P35 Express chipset is a sensational product. As you would expect from a high-end ASUS motherboard, the P5K Deluxe packs a serious amount of features and all the performance possible for a Core 2 Duo platform. However, before we even got a chance to sign and NDA and receive a P35 sample board from Intel, we noticed numerous new P35 motherboards were available online. Therefore without wasting any time, we snapped up the Gigabyte P35-DS4 and wrote up a review on it last week.
