Pocket sized projectors have now become a reality thanks to Osrams groundbreaking high-powered LED device "Ostar". This gadget is just 1 x 3 cm in size and can put out a very bright uniform white light. The colour temperature of the light can be adjusted to suit requirements.

NEC have already built a pocket projector. It won't fit in your shirt pocket, but should be small enough to fit in a coat pocket. Tiny projectors should be available to buy before too long.
