Logitech Japan have released details of their newest external hard disk. Before you gloss over and look elsewhere, the Logitech drive is the first I know of to include shock protection. They claim to have tested it by dropping it from desk height a thousand times, after which it continued to work normally. There's a range of sizes from 40GB up to 100Gb, for all those of you who are a little careless with your external hard disks! They come with either a USB2 or USB2 and Firewire connectivity.
