According to the Daily Yomiuri, a Japanese newspaper, Intel has been found in violation of Japanese antitrust laws. The Fair Trade Commission has taken issues with Intel's policy of offering discounts to computer manufacturers. These discounts are only provided if the computer manufacturer limits the number of other CPUs they offer, such as AMD's CPUs. Intel is currently claiming that these discounts are "standard business practice".
