Due to the current boom in residential broadband connections in the UK, the country has become the most zombie infested in the World. This is according to a report by Symantec.

It is not so much the number of braodband connections which is the problem, but those who are new to broadband are failing to realise the risks and protect their PC's from bot nets.

I live in the UK and I can confirm that I have met many new broadband users who are totaly apathetic towards security on their home PC's.
