Network World has published photos of what is alleged to be the biggest Windows error ever seen by the eyes of humanity.  Nothing like messing up hugely.  The only saving grace to this whole deal (at least for Microsoft) is that the error doesn't appear to actually be caused by Windows, but rather by the application that is doing the video display stuff.  Still, it has to be somewhat embarrassing.
