| Fixing the stuttering for ATI owners
Try this and hope it helps because it helped me with NFS HP 2 and I bet it can also help to fix the stuttering in other games. Ok here it goes:
Open up your display properties.
click on settings>advanced.
click on troubleshooting.
Move the slider one notch to the left
Apply and OK.
Basically its easy, it's an incompatability somewhere between the cards drivers and the hardware acceleration of the mouse (and probably mouse drivers).
