U320 SCSI cards are designed for server environments. Only server-class mobos have the 64-bit PCI slot.

However, unless you plan on sinking some serious money into high-speed SCSI hard drives, or building a rather large array (like what I have in my siggy) it won't matter if you are in a 32-bit or 64-bit slot anyway, because you will have a hard time soaking the 100 MB/s or so theoretical bandwidth limit of regular PCI in anything but benchmarks.
