| Unless your TFT can handle 15KHz scan rates, you can't directly connect consoles to it. (very few PC monitors can handle 15KHz horizontal sync).
Instead you have to find something that will act as a scan rate converter. You can buy dedicated boxes, but they're typically in the range of £150 to £4000 depending on the quality. The Dreamcast can output VGA (640x480), but not all games are compatible with it...
