Ok I'll try it.
Here are some of the new pics of the new case in progress.
Here is the finished chassi with drives and powersupply. I even painted the power
supply with the hammered copper paint. I had to re-install all the chrome metal
pieces that were for holding the panels on and PCI slot covers
Here is the Almost finished panel cut-out. I used the jigsaw to cut
most of the cuts. The jigsaw cutting radius was perfect for the corners
I decided to do that instead of the "bricked" corners because it was a little
easier. Now I am working on filing down the detail and the edges for painting

I also had to cut-out the rectangle in the chassi to fit the I/O panel in.
The Gateway had pre-cut holes for I/O and didn't fit the new motherboard.
