I'm glad you liked Drake's Fortune as well. Reading review for that game was one of the things that got me to buy a PS3 in the first place and I find it to be the best PS3-exclusive game that I've played so far. Extremely cinematic and engrossing, with some excellent voice acting and intense action scenes. Really, the only problem that I had with it was the occasionally frustrating combat and cover system. Once I got used to the way it worked, I didn't have much of a problem though.
EDIT: Forgot to mention Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction. I found this to be just about neck and neck with Uncharted, though it's in a different genre. It's kind of a platformer with a third-person shooter focus. I played through it a couple times and really got my money's worth out of it.
