Understand, though, that AOA derives the money that keeps the lights on from advertsing. By making this file capable of being retrieved in this way, it is bypassing our advertsing, and thus our revenue stream. Only in extraordinary circumstances are we willing to do this.
That being said, all of you guys should be proud of the work you've done on this, and of what you've accomplished. I realize that you are building on the work of others, and that's fine as long as credit is given where credit is due: that's how the world moves forward. Never-the-less, you have all done a significant amount of hard work yourselves, and that shouldn't be overlooked either. |
