GeForce 8800 Uh Oh!

A student gave me an old GeForce 8800 I think its a GT or GTS
anyways, I took it out of the bag and a little solder joint rolled out with it.
it was a very tiny cube of solder. So I started looking around on the card and found that it connected the joints to a capacitor (I think) on the other side.
Looks like the joint was holding the capacitors two solder joints. So my questions is....
Will this be a problem?
Are these 100% necessary?
Should I try the card or am I going to destroy it?
Should I give it to Wonderbread?
