Which cpu for Asus A7n8x Deluxe

Which cpu between 2600/2700/2800 333mhz or Barton2500/2800 333mhz
for this asus board would be best to acheive a 200FSB with Active HS cooling. I'd like to reach a stable clock/multiplier ratio with the best Mhz possible w/o pushing cooling. I'm not trying to reach a new speed record. Just want to be able to go hard 24/7 with no problems and get the most out of ddr400 mem.

I just want to find out some opinions on the best bang for the buck cpu that can acheive what i need. I'm new to ocing and i read the manual linked on front page. It helped out quite abit. I've tried finding published PCDB's on what other people are getting but found most incomplete.

I also have a memory chip question at this thread if you feel like answering

Thank you for all your help.

I have heard great things about the XP2400+ OC'ing highly.. From a pure power standpoint, I think the Barton 2800+ will be your best buy, but the OC prob won't be all that high because it's still in early batches..
