Obviously 2001SE

I get like 1500 in 2003, runs like crap except for the first benchmark.

Welcome to AO's Forums, Evc!

Please remove the link to the fast, etc hardware site in your Sig. The link to your 3DMark scores is fine. 'Fraid we don't permit links to any other outside sites. Thank you!

Thank you for removing the link from your signature, Evc. However, removing one and adding two is not cricket. If you read the Forum Rules Writ in Stone, posted in every Topic Heading, you'll see that pics as well as the great majority of links are not allowed in Member's sigs. Please remove the three "banners" in your sig, as well as the "My PC" and "My game collection" links in your signature. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

Adding a detailed list of the components of your PC to your sig here is acceptable and encouraged!

I posted a question to the Admin staff about the discrepancy in the number of your posts. I'll post what they have to say in this thread when I hear from them.

He probably lost all his posts when we had that little "problem" with the forum and had to restore from a backup.

I think the post count happened from what Robbie said, I think I remember that happening when you got the new forums? I dont remember really.

Im just curious as to why the game collection listing isnt allowed? Its just a link to all the games I own, now if that was a txt file hosted on some free webspace, would that still be a problem?

I think most Members lost some of their posts between the two "upsets in normal function" we experienced this year. I haven't heard from the Admin Staff about your missing posts. I'll let you know when/if I do.

The allow very few links to other than AOA features policy is simply that. Sorry, but ANY links or pics that aren't AOA related aren't permitted. It's not personal, it's simply the rules.

You've made 100 posts, of which 56 have been in "Random Nonsense", which does not add towards your post count. That leaves 44 by my count.

You are allowed to send a PM directly to any staff member if you feel you need to have something sorted out. I personally don't have time to read each and every post, but fortunately cloasters is more on the ball than I am.

Excellent! Your post count is now corrected, Evc. Posts in a few Topic Headings aren't added to a Member's running total. This is an equal opportunity policy, Staff's posts in the same Topic Headings are treated exactly the same. Hope to see many more posts from you in the future, ask a question or answer a question, it helps all of us!

Thanks for looking in on this Aedan!

Thanks Adean for straightening it all out.

Good work to cloasters for being nice about everything instead of being a jerk and all like other forums do/are . I know how the posts work cause I see "no post count" on some of the forums, post count really doesnt matter to me, but isnt there a minimum number to browse the for sale forums? Cause when I try to view the latest it says I dont have access or something to that effect.

The last time I checked, Members need 75 posts under their belts to be able to post in the Classifieds Topic Heading. It's a bit of a tease, I'm afraid. You can "look but not touch." It's possible that the Admin Staff have changed this so "under 75er's" can't see the classifieds at all.

Minimum post count to enter the Classifieds section used to be 150.

PCMark2002

Gotta love this 8RDA+! This wipes the floor with the Abit NF-7 I had.

If it was 3DMark01SE, your score should be higher. I'm not certain how your box and Vidcard should rate in 3DMark02. You might run 3dMark03--if you don't mind the ~170 Mb download. Most Vidcards other than the Radeon 9800
rate poorly, the BM is an excellent ego-deflator!
