3dmark 06 - 7113 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm06=2507312
i hope the gpu speeds are inaccurate as it should of been running a fair bit faster than that! It does top my previous high score of 6303.

Aquamark was 125k somthing,
super pi was 13 seconds somthing with my old core. Shall re-bench it with the new core but it will be slower! (4x 3.2GHz vs 2x 3.6GHz though!)
My benches are in vista which will hurt me abit and the ati drivers are still flakey whether 2d/3d clocks actually work. Hopefully cat 7.7's are better i shall try them later.

From there release notes

A question out of theme...what do you use to capture the images from the screen? Perhaps a stupid question, but them...what the heck?

Does XP still have "Paint"?
If so use ctrl + print screen to capture image, then open paint and paste it in paint. then save it to your pics.

Thumbs up

Soz for not beeing here as much as I wanted. However today I finally decide to extract the stupid MSI P35 Neo mobo and replace it with a cheap but very stable Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L ! I wasnt able to go higher than 2,5 Ghz with MSI without loosing stability. The new mobo seems to do just fine with 340 FSB and my E4300 is happy to run at 3,06 Ghz. Latest aquisitions:

1. ThermalRight Ultra 120 Cooler - Page 1 - Introduction

2. Sound Blaster X-Fi ExtremeGamer

I will bench more tommorow as now is pretty late here and post some more pics.

Exclamation

Well I thought I'd use the fan from the original intel cooler. Instead of ducttaping the side holes of my 8800 I managed to fit the fan right between the gcard and the adaptec controller. I removed the 2 side metal pieces below the gcard in order to have fresh air there and the result is amazing. 650 / core was acceptable. More than that and once the card was reaching 80C and start artifacting. Now I have it run at 670 and nvidia temp shows a max 75C and its running without artifacts. From what I've seen it added a good 5-7 extra fps which is awesome !

Manage to get 4,254 points on Aquamark with a P4 (3Gz)!!! Maybe is an AOA record.
CPU -->4,125
GFX --> 254

Great; isn't it.
