Mighty fine work, looks like a hell of a project. Did u use plexy glass and if how thick was it? I tryed a window and the plexy glass ended up being tooo thick.
Neat riped out look, but arent those edges sharp?

Thx! Used 1/8" and 1/4" acrylic throughout.Used 1/4" on the resevoir and also to control the noise from the R.A.I.D. rack. The edges on the window were killed with the almighty dremel.Tricky part was getting the chrome mylar to stay attached to the "rips".Hardest part of the project for the wife and kids was me without my "daily fix " for 2 weeks.lolol

Great looking box. I just picked up another sheet of 3/16"x36"x48" Lexan yesterday for some more windowing projects. Still working on my from scratch home built clear box. Will post a complete step by step guide when I get finished.
