My face is red. I stand corrected.

Thanks for the AGP riser source there Dimm.

Nobody knows where Jimmy Hoffa's body is.

Nobody knows who really shot Kenedy.

(Hey, I gotta try... )

You'd probably be looking at a 5.25" board given the processor you want to put on it. They'll also support CompactFlash for your OS. A board like the PCM-9574 will support a PIII, and a 128MB DIMM and draw around 25W.

Thanks aidan, I can go for a normal board with onboard sound now that AGP riser's been found.

Is that a ribbon cable in it you think?

any teensy board would rock now, but it has to be athlon as this is gonna be my LAN box for a while, hehe, with the winamp details on the front LCD and the play, ff, rev, up and down buttons wired to winamp, and the eject to the CD, this'll rock

once i've started aswell I have the mechanical problem of trying to open the front door with the cd drive, if I go for a drawer loader, I think I can do it with a servo motor maybe, a teensy ickle one
