My New Case Mod
Okay after seeing those montain mod cases gave me a idea of creating something similar but at a much lower cost! I mean £250 for a case is a bit steep, anyway I love my coolermaster stacker too much to hack to bits so I decided on 2 of these cheapo cases £20 each from ebuyer

Ok they might not be the pretiest of cases but they'll do for now, the idea is the place them side by side like shown, in effect to give a doublw width case one side for mobo and watercooling and the other for the optical, floppy, hdd's and psu and all the mess that goes with them

With one of the side panels placed in between, I'll be cutting a hole above the mobo for the power supply leads to feed through and also one to the right of the middle of the mobo for all the other wires and such to be fed through

Tomorrow will be spend sorting out a bracket to mount my 2 x 120mm black ice pro into the left hand case and also physically joining the 2 boxes together with use of a drill and pop rivet gun

Will you be having all your HDDs, optical drives radiator and PUMP in the right hand case and just the mainboard in the lefthand case? Or drives PSU etc in the right/h/s case and mobo, radiator and pump in the Left/h case?

I'd consider building a solid base with wheels and bolt the cases to it.

BTW, what phone is it?

Hi Laz,

I was planning on putting all the watercooling in the lefthand side one and the drives etc in the otherside, I may well do that with the base tho.
