Do I put the 2 fans on top like I have the other 2 case's or on the top-side as in the pic?

Give me a hole saw and watch out

Assuming you're close to neutral on air flow (in/out) I think the on top would be most effective at getting hot air out of the case since heat will rise and potentially get trapped at the top. It would also direct airflow through more of the case and probably have a better chance at avoiding hot pockets. (ever notice how hot a DVDROM can get?)

I personally have put them 1 on top of eachother. 1 blowing on the AGP slot and another directly on the CPU fan. It's a little thing but remember this, you should try to balance cfm in and out to be roughly equal but if not, the majority should be in. HTH

Don't forget you have the PSU blowing out as well. That makes 3 in and 3 out. Ya did good.
