Angry heatsink on, heatsink off, heatsink...hmm

Right got a dillemma, whilst getting the bits together for a new folding machine (out of old bits) my trusty old Radeon 7000 is missing a heatsink (as pointed out in the picture) LOOKS LIKE IT WAS GLUED ON! where can i get some heat conductive glue???

arctic silver thermal adhesive

btw,how did you get that heatsink off?
i have the exact card, but to OC it, i have to fit it with aftermarket cooling.

it was in a static bag in the study, which got thrown in a draw (probably by my mum) and got battered in the process! it also had a capacitor missing but i resoldered it back on!

Is the artic silver stuff any good? i know my AS5 is good in the paste form but glue????

i have on my P4 northbridge chip right now (see sig) -- the heatsink barely gets warm to the touch.

btw, arctic silver adhesive is permanent.
