got some arctic silver

ok so i put cleaned off with the articlean stuff and then reapplied some arctic silver 5 on the cpu i was having problems with...the fan like i said was going up to like 4500 rpm

so the ac5 is on and now the fan stays at 2700-2800 even though my temps are still goin to like 55-56 under load where the fan used to be FLYING when the cpu was going way over 60 celcius...

so i have a drop in temps and in fan speed...though i was expectin idle to be at like 38 or so, and its like 43-44C now...its only been on for a couple hours, and supposedly this stuff works better after a couple days am i correct??

unless i might have put too much compound on bc i know how little it needs, but whatever, the fan isnt going crazy and soundin like the computer wants to fly anymore, anyhow ill wait 2-3 days and see if it drops anymore..

also bought new case fans, rosewill 80mm wit 4 white led.... RFA80L-W

they are on newegg, got 8 of em for like 20 bucks 4 for each pc
they are a LOT quieter then what i used to have

anyhow hope this ac5 gel's a lil bit and brings down temps jus a lil bit more in the next couple days...should i like turn on my computer for a certain amount of time, then turn it off or anything, are there guidelines to break in arctic silver? or jus give it time??
