There is no reason for your clean installs to be less reliable than your upgrades. I urge you to take allan's advice, it is a rule among most of us that upgrades are often unreliable. Your best bet here is to make a boot floppy and FDISK your hard drive. Then install Windows 2000 from scratch by booting from the CD. Con
