Angry It happend

My wc blew and i had a wet Pc! The hardware i now dry,

Can i take out CPU and RAm sitck in a Graphics card and it will still post?

For a motherboard to POST, it needs...

Working PSU
Working RAM
Working CPU
Working Motherboard.

Nothing else. Video is handy, but won't stop the system from starting it's POST. Keyboard is also handy, but same again!

if you8 havent tried to fire it up yet, blow it off real good with an air hose and stick all the parts in a warm oven for a few hours, it works wonders

Sorry to read of this disaster. Surlyjoe's advice looks good to me, assuming that "warm" doesn't mean hot in your oven. Don't think that a microwave is a good idea.

When it happened to me, I immediately dried every visible bit of moisture, then let everything sit and dry out for three days. Breathed a big sigh of relief when it all fired up when reassembled.
