Something will need to be done about IPRED and similar in the not too distant future. The ISP I use in Australia, iiNet, is being sued for a fortune at the moment which is the first stepping stone in forcing the AU ISP industry working for the content mafia. So far iiNet have told them to go forth and multiply but its still rather threatening. I genuinely do not want any private organization being able to obtain my personal information from my ISP. If the Police want to investigate, power to them. But not some random idiot's in the business of sueing people.
