So question.
I don't run windows, therefore I'm not one of the 'targets' that paying this tax would benefit. I also would prefer less people to use MS products. Would I then have to pay this essentially MS tax?

Seems to me that MS is in a fine position to stop hacks, stop selling software that begs to be attacked... imho..
