Anyone bench with 2 sticks then with 1?

If anyone tried this, is there that big of a diff in performance or isnt it really worth it? I would guess that with 1 stick the overclock would make up for the performance gap but i dunno for sure. If anyone could give any info it would be appreciated.

There are quite a few reviews out there that have done this.

there is a fair increase in some tests.

obviously the CPU bus will become the bottleneck in dual DDR mode, as memory bandwith the excede CPU bus bandwith.
Although Dual DDR will give more potential bandwith to other things, IDE, PCI and such.

So would it be worth sacrificing a few FSB MHZ to run them in sync with each other? I hear running in dual DDR will start to crap out a little before 200mhz in most cases but would it make up for the speed diff?
