8K3A+ RAID-0-->RAID-0+1 Conversion Possible?

I use Highpoint HPT372 On-Board IDE RAID (EPoX 8K3A+ mobo) in a RAID-0 array. Is it possible to add two additional HDs -- identical in capacity/speed to the current two -- to create a RAID 0+1 array without breaking the original RAID array and losing all my data?

Has anyone had any experience doing this?
