What program to use to monitor temperature?

I'm ready to try to do some o/c and I want to keep an eye at my temperatures.
What program do you use for that? I know about motherboard monitor, but there may be some other programs?

Mr. Swede,

SpeedFan is another program that I use to monitor
temperatures. You can check it out at http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php .

Hope that helps,
Beard

Thanks, I will check them out.

About USDM, how do I install it.
The readme- file don't give a proper answer to that.

USDM doesn't install for me under Win98se either.
MBM works real good.
