Anyone know what the P1 code is?update ** 1d code :)**

Changed some of my tubing for my w/c setup and now it wont boot and is suck on the "P1" code. what is this?

Check to see if your board is shorting out on the case or something else.

The port 80 codes should be hexadecimal, rather than alphanumeric!!

update: code is 1d, read it upside down. took out my 9700pro and put in gf2mx, worked fine. put 9700p in other computer and it worked fine, put 9700p back in main machine still get 1d error code, whats up with this? also my puter was off for 2 days while I replaced tubing if this has any effect

1D is the 'early pm init' bios post code. I think it has something to do with the CPU initialise but I'm not sure and I'm sure someone else could give us a better description of what it does exactly.

I dont think having the PC off for a few days would make any difference but I would check to make sure the video card is seated flush in the port. I had a similar problem before and the cause was my video card had worked its way out of the port. I couldn't notice until I gave it a little 'push' in and it worked, might be worth checking.
