NForce 2 IGP and FSB overclocking on 8RGA+

I red somewhere that it is advisable to avoid memory overclocking using onboard VGA.
Why is that so and what would happen if I raise memory frequency above its specs?
How far FSB goes with IGP enabled on 8RGA+?
Holst, know something about it?

it seem the onboard graphics stress the memory more than normal use. therefor memory overclocking is harder on an IGP

The northbridge silicon has independent feeds, this is different to overclocking a pure SMA product - it's IGP afterall.

I don't know about the stability of the 8RGA+ when OC , But "My other brand " Nforce2 with IGP overclocks well enough. The memory used is Samsung pc3200 so it is still within it's rating. Here is a comparison of my main system (8RDA+) and my "other brand" NF2 w/IGP.
