Can't set FSB to 133

Hi all,

I just noticed since I flashed my BIOS and upgraded my graphics card, my P4 2.4GHz has been running at 1.8 GHz. I have found this to be because BOIS has set the CPU clock to 100 by default. When trying to change this back to 133 I get a checksum error on boot. Any ideas on how to fix this?

System Specs:-

Motherboard EPoX 4SDA5+
1x512MB PC2700 RAM
P4 2.4GHz CPU
Radeon 9800 Pro 128 MB
PSU 450 Watt

P.S. It is possible that my system has always been running like this and I've only just noticed. I only look at the specs when I have troubles (New radeon).
