Which O/C is better

I have got the following O/C result for my Duron 800 with Epox 8kha+. Which one is actually better to keep for long period running (considering the high Vmem, high PCI) ?

Pic see next ....

Lower FSB with a higher multiplier will keep your machine more in line with recommended specs. With the 143 FSB, you're running your PCI devices at 35.75 Mhz, basically about 8% over spec, at the 148, you're running at 37, which is more than 10% over spec. Performance wise, it's very doubtful you would be able to distinguish between the two. Basically if you have more CPU intensive tasks, then the 1170 would offer better marginal performance. If you have memory intensive work, then the 148 FSB would offer slightly better performance, although in the real world, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference.
